Sure, I can give you a recipe, AND make it relevant to
sci.med.cardiology:

Spam Fritters:

Ingredients
1 tin of Spam

Batter:
1 egg
2 Oz self raising flour
1/2 tsp baking powder.
2 Fl Oz Jersey cows milk, or single cream.

Beat the egg, fold in the flour, add the baking powder and slowly mix
in the milk/cream to a smooth batter.

Take 1 tin of Spam and cut into 1/4 inch thick slices.
Coat in flour, dip in the batter and deep fry in groundnut oil at 170
degrees C for 6 minutes and 40 seconds, rounded down to 2 decimal
places.

Serve with pineapple fritters, prepared in the same manner from slices
of tinned pineapple, and your prescribed dose of Atorvastatin.
