I just looked on the Colavita website, what really is going
on, why am I having (minor, only checked 2 stores) trouble
finding it? Sure enough, they make no mention of why that
might be (harrr). But! I see they have recipes, a very good
looking recipe section. I'm always looking for inspiration.
Right off the bat, zucchini pancakes, I would love to make those!
