Take chunks of chicken and/or steak and/or seafood along with chunks of white
onion, red bell pepper, Anaheim chilies, and marinate in tequila, lime juice,
evoo, and a little crushed garlic and cumin.
Take an old griddle or cast iron pan the put it on the outdoor grill heat until
very hot or when oil smokes instantly.
Grill the marinated mixture turning frequently.
Serve with warmed corn tortillas & fresh pico de gallo.
Don't forget the margaritas or dos equis (X X).
