That's pretty similar to what I was going to make tonight with my Mahi Mahi
fish tacos! I'm going to marinate the fish (shoots, I need to get on that
in the next few hours) with garlic, cumin, coriander, evoo, lime and then
heat up a grill-type CI skillet. Cook, then slice and put in corn tortillas
with cabbage and a mixture of avocado, tomato, cilantro, onion, lime &
vinegar. Toss on some sour cream and that's my kind of food!

My hubby can eat chicken or pork and like it! Hah! (Okay, maybe I'll
marinate his food, too. I'll be nice today. <g>)
