That's it.
Haven't been there for about 5 years ... maybe they're better now. I
remember waiting an hour for 2 mackerel and chips last time. ...and the
woman was really rude. Dad used to buy all his seafood there (well there
and at Colmslie), but he hasn't been there in ages either.
Another local Wynnum seafood place which isn't any good anymore is Wilson's
Boathouse. It used to be a fantastic restaurant (with a focus on good
seafood at a good price), but since its been refurbished and has new owners
(and a new menu) its not the same.
I wish the bloke that used to sell prawns off the back of his trawler at
Queensport Rd was back - nicest, freshest prawns around.
