I have this branch that I believe is ornamental cherry can someone
confirm this? Is it suitable for the Weber smoker? It was cut last
Fall and has been sitting outside, how should I "cure" it? Should I
cut it up now into chunks and store in a ventilated shed or leave it as
is outside and cut pieces as I use it? I would like to get chunks out
of it for the next 3 or 4 years, I only use the smoker a few times
during each summer.
