Michael,
I'm low fat, but carbs are OK for me. Anyway, give Del Monte's organic
tomato paste a try. It's non-fat, non-cholesterol, only 20mg sodium and
only 6g carbs (3 grams sugar) for two tablespoons. I love the stuff. A
little pricey. I pay $1.00 per 6 oz. can at the ACME where I shop.
