If I were to buy a bottle of Caesar salad dressing I'd look for
Cardini's or Newman's Own. Chef Caesar Cardini invented the salad and
his family licensed the dressing recipe. I have no idea whether what
is sold today resembles the original, but it's a nice story. Newman's
Own is my brand choice for the infrequent use of bottled dressings
because I like their corporate policies.

Recipes abound for making your own, of course, but that isn't what you
asked.... -aem
