Aha! And here I thought I knew all there was to know about pigs. :P
(Being that I live in North Carolina and all ....)

What is the taste like, if you can describe it? In the pork loin, I much
prefer the stronger, dark meat to the drier, denser white meat. (No
doubt because it has more fat ...)
