Baked shrimp toast (these were really good, and easy! And tasted pretty
much like the real thing, although of course not as oily and fried.)
Stir-fried snow peas and waterchestnuts with soy sauce
Steamed, salted edamame in the pods
Brown rice with sesame oil, sesame seeds, cashews, scallions, and
cilantro on top
Orange wedges
