Ginger Sauce Benihana
3 (1/2 inch) cubes peeled ginger root, chopped
1/2 C soy sauce
1/4 C vinegar
1 large onion, sliced
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend at high speed 2 min,
or until ginger and onion are minced. Makes about 3/4 C.
