Obviously, you need a better ventilation in the kitchen! If you had
it, this wouldn't be a problem.
Unfortunately, you're in an apartment setting (not much under your
control). Maybe opening the windows and pointing strong fans outside
will help, but really you need surfaces that you can clean/launder
easily and often.
You could try baking soda, Febreeze or white vinegar as deodorizers

but a better ventilation system will help the most.
