Just from personal experience:

Processor: KitchenAid 11-cup. Mine has run problem free for eight years so
far. I prefer the sealed buttons to the Cuisinart's lever switches.

Pasta Maker: Atlas manual. Just make sure your countertop has enough lip to
hold it, or you could do what Alton Brown suggests and attach it to a
specially modified ironing board. If you really don't want to turn the
crank, you can get an electric motor attachment. I make the pasta dough in
my Vita-mix.

Can't help on the stand mixer.
