That's food sensitivities, not food poisoning. ;-)
Coffee is a known laxative and the stronger (and older) it is, the worse
it gets.
And it ain't the caffeine. It's the oils and acids in the coffee.
That's why the Gastroenterologist told me to give up ALL coffee, not
just regular, but decaffeinated too.
