Not necessarily. There are some indiviuals who have bodies which will
detect and reject *some* high bacterial-count foods - and they purge
almost immediately. I have done this previously for dishes I often eat
- but on the occassion in question, it was obvious that something was
wrong with the food item. DH has this reaction almost immediately to
any tainted food. He also has a very low tolerance for anything with a
high bacterial count.
