My birthday was a cooking etravaganza. I grilled, like I said I
would. But D and I also made garlic chicken sausages, following
Michael Ruhlman and Brian Polcyn's recipe from their book
"Charcuterie." I now am the proud owner of 5 1/2 lbs of homemade
sausage links.
