In an international economy none of us can afford to speak other
languages, can we? Foreigners might mistake us for civilized or something.

Those uneducated, minimum wage workers should certainly be fluent once
they've been here for a month, and so many Americans are such a good
example for how easy it is to learn another language. Hah!
