It would probably be great for that purpose. The settings are fairly
constant despite the cycling.

You're right on that score. Except for hi-temp frying, I barely notice
that it's turned on at lower settings.

The portability is nice. I often use it out on the patio

I've only seen pictures of that combination. It would be interesting to
