Wouldn't work for me. I have a large cast iron skillet I use for fried
chicken, which I only make 3 or 4 times a year. The electric frypan is
too small. I make the chicken gravy, usually the best part of the
meal, in the cast iron skillet, too. Easier to scrape and stir than
the electric skillet would be. -aem
