How is it "easy and doable" to spend $600 per meal to recreate her
fabulous tablescapes?!?

You know, if you were going to pimp the tablescape idea, what would be
sensible is to actually have a "tablescape kit" with a base set of
pieces, and spend an entire season showing different ways to "doll up"
what you've already got. I have to confess, I kind of liked the black
and white look for the birthday grilling -- but if you had that stuff,
how the hell would you ever set it up to look any different?
