Peter, the Weber will "grill" the turkey the old fashioned way. A pot
full of boiling peanut oil will actually fry the turkey just like
southern fried chicken. I have even heard that some people who are
frying turkeys actually coat them with pancake batter or dip them in
egg and flour to put a coating on them before frying the bird!
