cast iron skillets???
I find that the best place to get a cast iron frying pans are at year
sales...they are cheap, still in excellent condition (as people are going to
non-stick pans) and the are already conditioned. Otherwise remember that
when you do purchase a brand new frying pan to also purchase mineral oil to
condition the pan.
