cast iron skillets???

One of my very first posts here on rfc I mentioned my brother had gotten
some name brand cookware; Sheldon accused me of wanting to steal my
brother's cookware. It was really ridiculous since I've never coveted
anything name brand. Wish I could even remember the name of that non-stick
stuff. (laughing)
I love my cast iron. I also love the grannyware (spatterware) stuff they
sell at Lehman's. It washes clean so simply and easily. The only problem
is it doesn't have lids.
