Besides, Pt Lookout is closer to the pub :-)

I stayed over there for 3 weeks. Was helping a mate paint a house, so we
got free rent for the whole time.

In a house, with a large deck overlooking Pipeline Beach(?), just a
short walk to the pub...... it was heaven :-)
