Lets say you have 500 pounds of tomatoes hypothetically and want to
transform it to salsa. Is there a machine that can chop them up nice
and small, maybe even control the size of the dice too? My food
processor is pureying (sp) them. I don't want to prep the tomatoes in
any way other than removing the stem are and tip maybe.

I don't think this is an easy problem to solve.
