Thanks Damsel. I found the orange essence, it was actually very easy to
find, right there with the vanilla essence, even in our little local
supermarket. Obviously I just never looked before. My daughter thinks we
should make her favourite chocolate cake with the orange essence in it. So
we'll try it this weekend. Orange and chocolate do go so well together, I'm
surprised I never thought to look for it before.
