You could make a Truffle/Ice Cream dessert. Slice the chocolates to a
desired thickness and place half the slices on a cookie sheet, pushing
them together to form an unbroken layer. Since they are sweet, find a
fruity, tart ice cream (Raspberry, Peach, Orange), let it soften
slightly and spread it over the truffles. Quickly place the other
half of the slices over the ice cream and freeze until very firm.

Served with Schlag it should make a nice summer dessert.
