As a matter of fact my chef recently moved on to a job at El Bulli and
I must find a replacement.

I have homes in Monaco, Paris, Nassau, and Mumbai and the chef I
engage would be required to divide their time between these locations.

Prospective candidates must be comfortable managing a staff of
approximately 60 kitchen and service staff, hiring and firing, and
organizing catering for parties that can number 200 or more guests on
very short notice.

Gordon Ramsay, Anthony Bourdain, and Jamie Oliver are frequent guests
as well as royalty and Hollywood celebrities so a strong ego and self
confidence are required.

A familiarity with diverse cuisines is a must.

Room and board and medical is included.
