Seat of the pants, but it works:

2/3 blender full of frozen strawberries
5-6" of orange juice. I like OJ. My son likes it tangier, so he uses
cranberry juice (unsweetened)
1 banana

Get the blender going. If it clogs, gradually add a little more juice until
you get the cyclone in the center. You might need to use a spoon or spatula
to collapse the air pocket by the blade once or twice. Prepare to have your
throat frozen. Delicious.
