Hopefully you've separated the meat into managable chunks ( 3 lbs. or
less). Take them out as you need, then defrost and make chili, tacos,
meatballs, meat sauce for pasta, meatloaf, shepherds pie,....casseroles
galore. 35 lbs. isn't really all that much if you have a family that
will eat it and good freezer space.
