Plus, this seems to be part of the recipe for salmon, rather than for the
striped sea bass Hellboy used. I sincerely doubt that Virginia memorized
all the recipes in the book she bought the day or two prior, just in case
Hellboy would hit them with an unannounced "taste-n-create" cook-off.
