Today, for the first time in ages I made a real Sunday lunch

guests and a super time was had by all

I roasted Aberdeen Angus beef, Yorkshire puddings, roasted potatoes and
parsnips with Rosemary, thyme and garlic, cabbage fried with onions and
garlic, steamed carrots and cauliflower and gravy
We then had homemade vanilla icecream with a fresh fruit salad.
Cheese and biscuits with coffee. We had a nice Prosecco too

The company was great and we had a lovely afternoon
