I haven't tried a meat burger that way, but I've marinated large portabello
mushrooms in garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar for a bit, grilled them
up and used them *in place* of meat as a burger. Add some basil or a good
lettuce, a slice of tomato, and some buffalo mozzarella on a good bun, and
it's to die for.
