Default Mushroom burgers?

Yeah, I've done that lots of times too. Good, but not a *burger* to
me. I like to add finely chopped mushrooms to my meat mixture when I
make a quick pasta sauce, and sautee it well before adding the tomato
product. I've noticed that the mushrooms absorb a lot of flavor and
add an extra meaty element to the sauce. Most folks don't even realize
they're eating mushrooms. But still, I've never tried it in a burger
itself.
