Great to know, thanks. I'll just use the dishwasher. Which size is the
professional one? Do you think the 9 cup one is too small?

Of course, I'm extremely tempted to go back to Linens N' Things and get the
11 cup newer model Cuisinart, with that 20% discount they have going
on........... (they don't carry the kitchenaid FP).
