True...........but not in the budget, I'm afraid. Especially where I

Easier than mixing the dough on my tile counter that took me forever to
clean. That alone was reason enough to buy a gadget. (I actually don't
have the tile counter anymore, thank God).
I am truly terrible and devastatingly slow with a knife.
