Pattypan Squash?
I have two good sized pattypan squash and need some ideas. The last time I
baked and "stuffed" them with the sauteed flesh of the scooped out shell,
onion, garlic, etc. Looking for some different ideas. I'm not adverse to
using the charcoal grill (if in fact they'd be any good split and grilled).
Any suggestions? Thanks!
