Default Mushroom burgers?

Not exactly the same thing, but I do something similar. I also add minced
water chestnuts, among other things, to give the burgers some "oomph".
There's more to it than that, but the mushrooms definitely help make
otherwise too-lean burgers moist. And I don't even *like* mushrooms!
