Well fauxtatoes of course! For those of you who don't know that's well
cooked mashed cauliflower combined w/sour cream, cream cheese, butter,
cheese, whatever you want. It's very tasty. It might be a little "thin"
but you can thicken anything with more cream cheese. Heck, you could use
all cream cheese for die hard low carbers.
Ooooooooooh, or Boursin if you could afford it!
