Hahaha! This is true! And I would like to shamelessly take this opportunity
to say that the first time I encountered this wonderful sandwich was in
Florence (Firenze!) Italy during that sleepy time in the afternoon when all
the Italians are *cough* "napping" and everything is closed except a few
places catering to Americans and Germans and other uncivilized souls who
just want to grab a quick bite mid-day.

YES it tasted better while gazing at the Arno even with smell of the Arno
all around!
