Default Weight Watchers

Yes, its a lot different than what I used to eat earlier, sometimes
doing groceries becomes stressful, but then its worth the *feel light*
feeling and getting back into those old pants that I had given up on 2
years ago

And since I eat mostly Indian meals (home cooked), I am developing my
own website with sort of low-carb Indian recipes, it should be up in
about 15 days, will let you guys know.

And I do exercise 3 times a week (30 minute yoga) to keep myself fit.
A little discipline is required though...
