Great- thanks for the info. I've been trying to find a pepper mill that
works well, and that will grind lots of pepper w/o consuming too much
time, and that won't cause carpel tunnel! I currently have a William
Bounds 12" Pro pepper mill, which sells for app $75. It takes way too
long to grind enough pepper for most recipes, let alone any dry rub
recipe! I'm going to look into one of those Turkish grinders!
