One of those Cuban steak sauces with cilantro (mojo). I don't have a
recipe but a local restaurant serves a refreshing steak garnish like
that (it has a different name, but I can't remember what it is).
Their version is similar to an herb relish like gremolata.

I see if you do a web search for "cuban cilantro steak recipe" you'll
find lots of recipes to try, and more specific if you try "mojo"

Here's an interesting one I found that mixes in yogurt for a dressing.
