I think ours are different. Mine has a lid with a hole in the
middle, and over that a solid lid that is clamped down by the
main pot's handles. I have no idea why two lids.

I tried it at 1:2 rice:water, boil first, and 32 min. at 50%
power. The rice was a bit underdone to my taste. But I like soft
rice and perhaps the brown doesn't get as soft as I think it
should. I noticed yesterday that the rice package says 1:2, boil
first, and 45 min at 30% power. I may try that next.
