Default Freezing food - Ok to eat

Yes, and if packaged properly, it might be ok.
I've found (for me personally unless it's vacuum packed), the cutoff
seems to be about 3 years, but I've had some 4 year old stuff that was
ok.

Just be sure to write the item and date on everything you freeze...

At the very least, I will double bag and remove as much air as possible.
