I'll add:
Garbanzo beans
Deep-fried rice sticks
Sunflower seeds
Cooked pasta (fusilli, rotini, or farfalle)

Homemade dressings are my preferred kind. I'll tailor the dressing to my
mood and to whatever else is going into the salad.
