Kinda like the way I serve tacos, but I put all the ingredients in
separate dishes and let people "build their own". I often by the
pre-made white corn tortilla shells for convenience.
I make a chile meat from chicken, beef or venison and put that in one
bowl, then the other bowls are shredded cheese, thin sliced lettuce,
sliced tomatoes, sliced black olives, sliced avocados and a small bowl
of sour cream.
