After I hit the send button, I realized that I was pretty unclear.
Obviously it's either going to be recycled or a combination of recycled
ideas, but what I really meant was whether it was going to be something
that *I* had already seen in my 54 years on this earth.

But that *is* a diet! And a good one, too. I'm always amazed when people
overeat for 30 years, "suddenly" find out they are overweight when their
doctor reads them the riot act, and then are surprised that there isn't
some easy, painless diet that would eliminate the excess weight in a
couple of months.
