I make a very good pot roast a lot like this--only I use 1 can tomato
soup, one bottle of beer (fosters is my favorite), and a couple of cans
of whole tomatoes. Throw in garlic and a couple bay leaves--and have
about 3 or 4 big vadalia onions and carrots.
