Yes, Panko is especially good on tilapia! I don't know if Cathy can get it
where she lives, though. If not, maybe even cornflake type crust would
work. There are so many ways to prepare tilapia; even mayo, capers, onion
and lemon is good. Tilapia, Mayo, lemon, wrapped in banana leaves is good,
too. Even beer battered and wrapped in a tortilla with cabbage and lime
juice with salsa is delicious.
So many options, so little time!
